SALSA
Salsa represents a mix of Latin musical genres, but its primary component is Cuban Son and Afro-Cuban dance.
Salsa really is a great way to regain fitness and maintain body flexibility and strength. This class places emphasis on techniques, styling, following, leading and timing.

ZUMBA
Zumba is a dance fitness programme, which combines dance with aerobics and uses the principles of resistance training and interval training to increase the calorific burn and body toning.

FLAMENCO
Classes involve fast and rhythmic footwork which are easily learnt. Additionally beautiful choreography and body movements are learnt to inspiring Spanish music. We teach both female and male styles.

ARGENTINIAN TANGO
Argentinian Tango is steps removed from the glitz of Strictly. Born in the milongas of Buenos Aires, it's a sensual, elegant dance in which partner and follower become one.

LADIES' LATIN
In this class you can learn about the Latin techniques in Samba, Chachacha, Rumba, Jive and Paso Doble combined with spectacular dancing moves and a group choreography where the alignment and the shape of the group changes many times. Huge fun!
