The Dance Fit workout aims to burn calories as you travel through the dance cultures from Latin to African. The class is built on aerobic dance movements that improve and help to develop plasticity, strength, stamina, sense of rhythm and musicality. This cultural fitness class will leave you with a smile on your face while feeling lighter and happier
Pilates is for everybody of all ages and fitness levels. It will strengthen your core, increase your flexibility and lengthen and tone your whole body. Improving posture, coordination and balance, it's the perfect complement to any other sports or exercise you might do.
Pole fitness is a fast, fun and easy way to train your entire body. Maximum class size is 4, lesson duration is 1hr.
We teach Vinynasa which is suitable for all ages, body types, and physical abilities. Towards the end of practice we like everyone to relax with some Yin poses. And enjoy a head massage in Savasana.
