The Tango Fit workout aims to burn calories as you travel through the tango dance cultures from Africa to Argentina to Europe. The class is built on tango dance movements that improve and help to develop stamina, sense of rhythm and musicality. This cultural fitness class will leave you with a smile on your face while feeling lighter and happier.
